Why do we always go for french fries...try something Indian this time. It is a very crunchy dish made of leftover idlies. Require a few ingredients and it is an excellent tea time snack.

Ingredients: 
Left Over Idlies 4-6
Vegetable oil For Deep Frying
Chat Masala/ Chutney/Sauce
Directions: 
Cut idlies into long slices / finger shaped.
Heat vegetable oil in a wok and deep fry these slices on a high flame till golden brown.
Serve hot after sprinkling your favourite chat masala . This can also be eaten with green chutney or nariyal chutney.
