Instant Raw Mango Pachadi
Raw Mango 1
A pinch of Salt
Sugar 5 teaspoons
|| For seasoning ||
Mustard seeds 1 teaspoon
Peel the outer layer of the mango after washing it.
Cut it into smaller bits..or grind it..so it becomes soft.
Put sufficient water and let it cook, add pinch of salt.
When it gets completely cooked add sugar accordingly to the taste and stir.
In a separate pan pour oil, When hot add mustard seeds ,when it sputter add broken red chilli and fry for 5 secs.
Add these seasoned ingredients to the tangy mango dish.
Yummy mango pachadi is ready to serve.
