Jal Jeera (indian Cumin Lemonade)

Jal jeera is a famous Indian drink. It is a very good refreshing drink too. It is made with amchoor powder. This is a North Indian drink. I love this spicy summer drink very much.

Ingredients: 
Dried amchoor powder (dry mango powder)-1 and 1 /2 tsp
Cumin seeds (roasted) - 3 tsp
Black salt - 2 tsp
Lemon juice - 6 tsp
Chilled water-5 cups
Mint leaf paste - 4 tsp
Pudina paste (mint)- 4 tsp
Ginger paste 1/2 tsp
Directions: 
Mix cumin seeds, mint paste, coriander paste, amchoor powder, black salt, lemon juice, pudina paste and sugar.
Add 5 cups of chilled water and stir all the ingredients well.
Now we can pour this Jal jeera into tall glasses.
Garnish with coriander leaves and boondi. Serve chilled.
Footnotes: 
Instead of amchoor we can use tamarind also.
Jal jeera taste better when chilled.
