Jika-bilahire Maas (fish With Ridge Gourd -tomato )

Ridge gourd ,tomato and fish a great combination. Its usually a sour fish curry. A soul food in summer. Usually in Assam when any sour dish is cooked its always without onion and garlic. If anyone is not fond of turai/ridge gourd I am sure this way you will start liking the vegetable.
