1 bunch or 250 gm.fresh chopped Coriander
1 bunch or 250 gm fresh chopped Mint
2 medium size Raw mango chopped
1 tbsp Black / Rock salt
2-3 Green chillies or as per taste
1 inch Ginger peeled and chopped
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp roasted crushed Cumin powder
Water as per need
First wash coriander and mint leaves.. Chopped it..In a grinder add mint leaves, coriander leaves, chopped raw mango, cumin powder, lemon juice ,green chillies, ginger, salt and water..
Grind it in coarse paste..Adjust seasoning..
Enjoy your green raw mango chutney with any snacks..
Salt adjust as per Taste. Green chillies adjust as per taste.. Can keep in fridge for a week.
