Kali Mirch Chicken (lemon And Black Pepper Chicken)

Chicken 500 gms
Curd 1 cup
Salt to taste
Black pepper 1 tbs
Lemon juice 2 tbs
Chaat Masala 1tbs
Ginger and garlic paste 1 tbs
For marinating, in a bowl add the chicken and curd – mix it well, so that the chicken is completely soaked in curd.
Now add the all the other ingredients – salt, black pepper, lemon juice, ginger and garlic paste. Give the mixture a good stir- try using your hands for marinating it.
Keep the marinated chicken for about 30 minutes.
In a hot pan, add 2 tbs of refined oil and add the marinated chicken.
Cook the chicken for 10 minutes on medium heat.
Cover it with a lid and let it cook for 10-15 minutes.
Once the chicken is ready, sprinkle some chaat masala on the chicken. This will add more flavors to your recipe.
Serve it hot with the salad of your choice. Happy Cooking!
