Karela is good for health .The special recipe is given below.
Karela 500 gms
Amchur powder 2 tsp
Salt as per taste
Red chilli powder 2 tsp
Turmeric Powder 1 tsp
Peel the Karela add salt and keep for 2-3 hrs wash the karela Grind onion in a slicer as we do for gajjar ka halwa Add amchur,salt,red chilli,sauf,tarmeric powder mix well. Slit the kare;a stuff the onion masala in it . Heat mustard Oil till it changes the colour add stuffed karela low the heat nad cover with lid keep stirring the karela slowly once they are golden closed the gas. Serve Hot
Add salt and keep karelas for 2-3 hrs all bitterness will go away & wash them. Heat Mustart oil add in cover of Onion it will leave its bitterness and oil will be ready to cook soon.
