Kasuri Methi Pare
An evening and festive snack.
Refined flour - 2 cup
Dried fenugreek leaves - 20 gm
Salt - to Taste
Carom seeds - 1 tablespoon
Onion seeds - 1 tablespoon
Garam masala - 1/2 tablespoon
Red chili powder - 1 tablespoon
Oil - 1 table spoon + to fry
water as required
Take flour in a bowl, add salt, carom seeds,onion seeds, kasoori methi, red chili powder and mix well. Add 1 tbsp oil and mix well.
Add sufficient water and make a hard dough. Cover the dough for fifteen minutes.
Take a frying pan and heat oil in it to fry , till than take portion of the dough and roll it out , now cut the roll out portion into square shape or any shape you want.
Now put them in the oil and fry it till they get golden brown. Take them out and serve
