Katilana Bhindi ( Lady Finger)

This is one of Our Treditional Dish. I Offen make this in Summers with Bahar-e-Raita

Medium Size Bhindi - 10-12
Musturd Oil- 3 T Spoon
Haldi( Turmeric Powder)- 2 T Spoon
Red Chilli Powder- 1 T Spoon
Jeera Powder- 1 T Spoon
Garam Masala- 1 T Spoon
honey- 1 t Spoon
Amchoor- 1 T Spoon
First, Prepare Masala.
take haldi, garam masala, amchoor, jeera powder, red chilli powder, 1 t spoon oil and honey in a bowl.
Mix it well. Keep it aside.
Take bhindi. Peel its head and tail. Now Make a cut with knife in the Mid of each Bhindi.
Fill Masala in Each Bhindi and Keep aside.
Heat oil in Pan. Pour Bhindi one by one and Fry it untill turns Brown.
The Dish is Ready. serve it with Chapati, Rice and Raita
