Katla Macher Dimer Bora

I had always liked to prepare different types of food at my home instead of going out to eat. My family also likes to eat the food prepared by me. During the monsoons fish eggs are easily available and this is the time people love to eat pakoras as a tea time snack and if its a fish pakora then what to say.

Bijoya Mukherjee's Secret Indian Recipe !

Preparation Time:
Cooking Time:

Very Easy

Katla fish eggs- 200gm (You can use any other fish eggs if Katla fish eggs are not available)
Green chillies-4
Ginger paste-1 teaspoon
Garlic paste-½ teaspoon
Coriander leaves-1bunchl of chopped
Corn flour -1and 1/2teaspoon
Mustard oil-3tablespoon
Salt-according to taste
Firstly wash the fish eggs in water.
Put the eggs in a bowl and add chili pieces, ginger-garlic paste, coriander leaves, salt, and corn flour to it and mix all the ingredients well using hand to turn the mixture into a thick paste.
Heat the mustard oil in a frying pan.
When the oil is hot, take a teaspoon of the paste and put it in the oil. When both the sides turn golden brown, remove the pakora from oil and place it on a plate.
Spread chat masala on it or serve it hot with with pudina chutney..!!!!
Footnote: You should always fry the pakoras in medium flame to avoid over frying as then the pakoras would then loose all its moisture and become hard.
