Kesar Pista Kulfi (saffron And Pistachio Flavored Indian Ice Cream)
Kesar Pista kulfi is a Indian sweet dish recipe. Kesar (saffron ) is used in many Indian sweet dish recipes to bring a distinct taste , flavor and colour.
Milk – 500 ml
Sugar – ¼ cup
Kesar (saffron) – few strands
Pista (pistachio) – 4 tablespoon
Milkmaid / condensed milk – ½ bowl
Roohafza -2 tablespoon
Pour milk in a wide pan and boil it till it is reduced to half.
Add sugar, pista , saffron and milk maid and cook for a minute and then take it off from the gas.
Pour it in kulfi moulds. Keep in deep fridge and let it solidify for an hour.
