Kesari Badam Milk ( Saffron Flavored Almond Milk)
Badam milk is a very healthy, wholesome and nutritious drink for kids and adults.
1 cup of Almonds (soaked in water)
1/2 cup of Cashew
4 cup of chilled Milk
2 to 3 tsp of Cardamom powder
12 to 15 strands of kesar (Saffron)
Half tsp of Gulab jal ( Rose water)
Sugar to taste
Make a fine paste of almond and kaju in a grinder.
afterwards add the entire milk, sugar, cardamom powder and gulab jal and blend well once again.
At last add strands of kesar and serve chilled in a tall glass.
