Khatti Mitthi Dal ( Sweet And Sour Lentil)

This combination of sweet and sour doesn't only come with the Gujurati people but it also come's in the Gujurati dal. Your roti sabzi combination is not complete without the high protein dal. It is easy to make and loved by all. I inherited this recipe from my mother as many housewives would have done. It is usually enjoyed with rice and smile on the eater's face.
