Kheema Kofta ( Minced Mutton Dumplings In Gravy)

Kheema Kofta is a more royal style dish . This dish is a traditional dish famous among Muslim Community and highly recommended . A fantastic and easy to make recipe for all.

Ingredients: 
Mutton Kheema - 1/2 Kg
Ginger and Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
Green Chilli Paste - 1/2 tsp
Flour - 2 tsp
Egg - 1
Oil - 1tsp
Water -3cups
Onions - 2 (Finely chopped)
Curry Leaves - 3/4
Curd - 3 tsp
Tomato Puree - 1 tsp
Black pepper - 3
Cinnamon - 2
Chilli powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder - 1 tsp
Coriander for Garnish
Salt - as required
Directions: 
Take Bowl and mix mutton kheema with Ginger garlic paste , Chilli paste, salt and keep it till ½ hour . Then put 2tps flour , coriander leaves , 1 egg , pinch of Turmeric , ½ table spoon coriander powder , ½ tps , red chilli powder andmix properly. Make small balls out of the mixture and keep aside.
Heat oil in a pan and put finely chopped onion in it. Sauté untill its light brown.
Then put 1 tsp chilli powder, curry leaves, cinnamon, black pepper, haldi powder, and put 3 cups of water. Let the curry boil.After first boil turn the gas to slow mode and put the Kheema balls. cook it on low heat for 15-20 mintues.
Once the mutton balls are cooked, put the curd and mix it slowly.
The Dish is ready and now serve it and on top put coriander leaves for garnish .
Footnotes: 
Take Bowl and mix kheema with Ginger garlic paste , Chillie paste and keep it till ½ hour . Then put Chickpeas powder , Coriander leaves , 1 Egg , pinch of tamarind powder, ½ table spoon, Coriander powder , ½ table spoon chillipower and Marinate it and make small balls of it . Do not boil the gravy after adding curd.
