Khoya Ke Gulab (condensed Milk Roses)

Khoya ke Gulab is an innovative and unique recipe. I was searching something unique and eye-catching recipe for this Diwali and I got idea with home-made khoya.

1 cup Milk powder
2 tbsp Ghee
1/2 cup Condensed milk
1 cup Milk
1/2 tsp Cardamom powder
Pinch of Green food color
Pinch of Red food color
Golden food color for garnish (optional)
First in a bowl add milk powder milk, condensed milk, ghee and cardamom powder. Mix well.
Heat a nonstick pan. Pour this mixture and keep stirring on low medium flame. Condensed milk stick very fast to pan so keep stirring on low medium flame.
When mixture start leaving sides of pan and become dough like consistency switch off the flame.
Keep this mixture out in a plate and let it cool bit. Divide this mixture in 2:1 ratio. Add red food color in big portion and green food color in small portion.
Roll these red and green khoya with rolling pin and cut it with bottle cap.
Make rose shape with red khoya portion and green leaves with green portion.
