Kumro Patar Bora (pumpkin Leaf Pakora)
Kumro patar bora is a Bengali evening snack which is easy to make and it taste awesome with masala muri.
Kumro patta 8 pieces
Grated coconut ½ cup
Mustard paste 1 tablespoon
Green chillies paste ½ tablespoon
Besan (gram flour) ½ cup
Maida (refined flour) 2 tablespoon
Turmeric powder ½ tablespoon
Cumin powder ½ tablespoon
Red chilli powder ½ tablespoon
Mustard oil 6-7 tablespoon
Salt 1 tablespoon
Take a bowl and mix besan, maida, turmeric powder, cumin powder, red chilli powder, ½ tablespoon salt and water and make a smooth batter.
In another bowl mash potatoes and mix grated coconut, green chillies and salt.
Take 1 spoonful of this mixture and keep it on the centre of a kumro patta, fold the sides and dip it in the besan batter.
Heat mustard oil in a karahi and fry the besan batter dipped kumro boras till they turn golden brown. Serve it with masala muri
