Kundri Ka Bhaaji (tendli Fry)

Very simple and delicious food of my life... At the time of lunch my mom cook it as side dish. It is my father's favorite. Its taste bring my hunger out of my stomach at the time of lunch. It's my favorite too.....

Ingredients: 
Tendli (kundri) 250gm
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Ginger 10gm
Garlic 10gm
Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
Sarso 1/5 tsp
Golki powder 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Directions: 
Chop Kundri into small pieces in circular shape
Make a paste of ginger and garlic separately
Heat oil and add sarso
Pour kundri and add haldi(turmeric) powder and salt to taste
Mix them well and fry it for 30 mins
Add cumin powder and golki powder and mix it
Now Kundri is ready to serve
