Sushree Satapathy's Secret Indian Recipe !

Baby corn- 12 nos blanch and cut strip into length wise
Salt to taste
Haldi- 1tsp
Dhanya powder- 1 tsp
Kasori methi- ½ tsp
Marinate all the above ingredients and keep it aside
For Tempering-
Oil- 2 tbsp
Chopped garlic- 2 tbsp
Chopped onion- 2 nos
Green chilli- 2 nos chopped
Tomato sauce- ½ cup
Capsicum- ½ slices
Curry pata- 10 nos
For Batter-
Rice flour ½ cup
Corn flour 2 tbsp
Besan- 1 tbsp
Maida-1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Water ½ cup ( add water slowly to make the batter like pakoda )
Kasori methi – ½ tsp
Black pepper- ½ tsp
Heat the oil in a pan dip babycorn with the batter. Dip the babycorn with the batter and fry the babycorn in 3 batches. In each batch fry 5-6 pieces slices in, coat thickly. Fry both sides Heat the oil add chopped garlic cook it for 1 minute then add onion, chilli, curry pata, capsicum slices stir it quickly. Then add tomato sauce immediately add the fired baby corn. Mix it properly serve hot with garma garam tea. [Notes: Make this dish when you have to serve immediately or temper it five min prior to making this recipe]
