Ingredients: 
Bottle Gourd- 500gm
Amritsari Wadi-100gm
Tomato-250gm
Salt-to taste
Turmeric Powder-1/2 tablespoon
Oil- 2 tablespoon
Cumin Seeds- 1/2 tablespoon
Directions: 
Wash the Bottle Gourd.Peel it off.Cut the Bottle Gourd into Medium size.
Crush the Wadi.
Take a Pressure Cooker.Heat 1 TableSpoon Oil into the Cooker.Add The wadi into the cooker and wait until the wadi get Slightly fried.
Add cumin seeds,and wait till it gets brown.Add some salt and turmeric Powder and mix it well.
Add chopped Bottle Gourd and mix it again.Close The Cooker and wait up to 2 whistle.
Remove the lid and serve with chappatis
