Maida Paratha
Parathas go with each and every dish and are made mostly on special occasion in every home.

Ingredients:
Maida (self raising flour) - 2 1/2 cups
Ghee (Clarified butter) - 4 table spoons
Water - 1 cup
Directions:
In a wide bowl, put maida and add the ghee to it. Mix the 2 tablespoons ghee properly into the whole flour.
Add water in small quantities and knead the flour to make a soft dough ball.
Divide the ball into smaller balls.
Now flatten the balls on a flat surface with the roller.
Heat a frying pan and brush ghee on it. Now cook the flattened dough till golden brown on each side.
Serve hot with any curry or vegetable
Footnotes:
You may use more water if the dough becomes too hard to knead.
You may add more ghee while frying the paratha.
