A sour and spicy dip dish.
Raw mango - 250 gm
Coriander leaves - 50 gm
Green chili - 3 to 4 pieces
Garlic cloves - 10 to 12 pieces
Salt - to taste
Wash the mango, coriander leaves and chili . Cut the mangoes into the small pieces and chop the coriander .
peel off the garlic.
Take a mixer grinder jar , put mangoes ,coriander,garlic,salt and chili. cover the jar . grind it till it make a fine paste .
Pour it into a bowl. Serve it with snacks or starters
