Ingredients: 
For stuffing:
100 g. grated Paneer
small pieces of 1 ripe mango
small pieces of green capsicum
1 tsp black paper powder
salt to taste
For outer cover:
1 cup maida
1/2 cup ripe mango pulp
salt to taste
1 tsp oil
Directions: 
Mix the ingredients for stuffing in a bowl.
Make a soft dough from ingredients of outer cover.
Now Roll small poori from prepared dough and put stuffing into it. Make shape of momoz and brush with oil...
Steam for 10 minutes, serve hot with tomato ketchup or any chutney of your choice.
