Mango Panna Cota

Panna Cota is a French dessert served with fresh cream and fruits
Basically made from milk, cream, gelatin and any fruit crush

Very Easy

1 big ripe mano
2 tbspn sugar
1 cup milk
1 cup cream
1 tspn vanilla essence
2 tspn gelatin or agar agar
4 tbspn water
In a bowl add water and gelatin In another pan add milk, cream and sugar and bring it to biling
Turn off the stove and add the gelatin to it Finally add mango puree and essence
Let the mixture cool down Add it to ramekin pot
Let it rest in fridge for 4 hours Serve it cool along with fresh fruits and or caramel sauce
