Ingredients: 
1) RAW TOTA MANGO - 500 gm 2) JAGGERY - 3/4 C UP 3) CLOVE - 4 4) BLACK PEPPER - 4-5 5) BAY LEAF - 1 6) DRY RED CHILLY - 2 7) CINNAMON STIKC - 2-3 8) PICKLE MASALA - 1.5 TBSP 9) SALT TO TASTE 10) ASAFEATIDA - 1/4 TSP 11) WHOLE CORIANDER SEEDS - 1 TSP 12) M
Directions: 
Cut mango into small pieces. Put a pan on gas with high flame. Add mustered oil. When oil is hot, add dry red chilly, cinamom stick, cloves, black pepper, funnel seed, mustered seeds , coriander seeds ,1 tsp asafeatida and chopped mango. Mix them well. Add salt to taste and mix well. Close lid and cook properly. Check and if required cook more. Check mango piece with help of knife and it cut easily then it is cooked. Add jaggery and mix well. Cook till jaggery is melted and mixed properly. Add pickle masala. No need of red chilly powder. Pickle is ready now. Turn off gas .
