combination of sweet n fry.
mango pulp for kneading dough
whole wheat flour - 1 cup
salt - a pinch(optional)
oil - for frying
in a utensil first mix wheat flour and salt. Meanwhile heat oil for frying
with help of mango pulp knead semi stiff dough.
make small rounds out of it and with rolling pin roll into circles and fry till golden brown and crisp from both sides.
serve with remaining aamras or kheer or with aam ki launji..or..whatever you love.
instead wheat flour can use maida or combination of both maida and aatta also.
