Mango Shrikhand

Delicious and easy mango dessert.

Ingredients: 
One Mango
One cup hung yoghurt
3 tbsp powdered Sugar
Few mango cubes for garnishing
Directions: 
To Make hung yoghurt: Place a muslin cloth in a bowl, add the yoghurt to it. Bring the edges together and tie a knot on top. Hang the yoghur potli (parcel) for 8 hrs to allow all water to drain. Your hung yoghurt is ready
Remove the hung yoghurt in a bowl and whisk till smooth. You may also use a blender
Puree one whole mango in a blender and add to the whipped smooth yoghurt. Mix well
Add powdered sugar and mix again
Chill in the refrigerator for an hour. Garnish with mango cubes and serve as dessert or along with puris
