#mangorecipe Mangolicious Puri
This dish is a delicious dessert that can be eaten anytime.
It has a hard puri supporting all the wonderful flavors, while still keeping it Indian.
Puri (used for pani puri),
Dark Chocolate Sauce
1 cup Chocolate Ice Cream
1 Mango chopped
1 1/2 tsp honey
2 strawberries chopped very small
Hot Chocolate powder
1.Cut your mango into medium sized pieces . 2.Place the mango pieces and 2 Tsp of honey in a blender. 3.Blend well until you cannot see any pieces of mango. 4.Get your hard puri poke the top of, and put the chocolate ice cream, filling the puri up half-way. 5.Put a layer of chocolate sauce on top of the ice cream. 6.Put the mango mix (almost filling the whole puri). 7.Chop 2 strawberry's very small and place them on the top of the mango mix. 8.Sprinkle the hot chocolate powder on your puri. (if wanted) 9.Put in freezer for 20-30 minutes until ready to eat 10. Serve by drizzling a little dark chocolate sauce
If you don't have honey, you can substitute with agave.
