It is best and simple Punjabi dish with lots of masala.
1 green chilli
1/2 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
1 larger onion
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
1/4 fennel seeds
1/2 teaspoon garam masala
cut bhindi by removing head and tail into small pieces.
heat 2 spoons oil in a pan and add fennel seeds , onion until it turns brown now add green chilli , ginger garlic paste and sauté for a minute
add bhindi , turmeric powder , red chilli powder , garam masala , salt and mix well. cook for 12 minutes
serve it with naan , roti , rice
