Meen Pothiyall(spicy Fish Fry)

It is one of my favourite fish receipe and I find it very hard to resist.On weekdays when I feel too lethargic to make a fish curry after a day's work I make this fish fry to go along with rice.

Ingredients: 
Any fish 5 nos
Pepper 1/2 teaspoon
Garlic 5 cloves
Chopped ginger 1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder 1/4 teaspoon
Greenchilly 1
Cardamom 3 nos
Oil 4 teaspoon
Salt as you need
Directions: 
Clean the fish
Make oblique incisions on both side of the fish
Grind and make a thick paste of pepper,cardamom,greenchilly,salt,turmeric powder,ginger and garlic
Apply the paste on the fish
Make sure that the paste must enter the incisions
Keep the fish in refrigarator for 15 minutes
Put a frying pan on the stove and heat it
Pour oil into it
Shallow fry the fish
Flip the fish to make the other side crispy
Take it away and serve hot

Serve it with sliced onion or carrot
