Asha Meswani's Secret Indian Recipe !

1cup chopped Methi leaves
250ml Veg Oil to Fry
1tbsp Sesame Seeds
1tbsp Cummin Coriander powder (Dhanajiru)
1/2tsp Turmeric powder
1tbsp Red chilli powder
1tbsp Green Chilli paste
Salt as per taste
1tbsp sugar
2cups Wheat flour
1/4cup Besan atta
1/4cup juwari atta
1/4cup makai atta
1/4cup bajri atta
1/4tsp baking soda
wash methi leaves thoroughly and take it in a bowl. Add 2tbsp oil to it. Add sesame seeds, green chilli paste, turmeric powder, cummin coriander powder, red chilli powder, salt, sugar, baking soda. Mix well.
Add all 5 atta to it. Add little 1/2cup water to it and make a dough. Dough should be well bound and you should be able to make tightly bound roll of it. Add rolls of it. Approx 2inch length. Ideally hold it in your palm and roll your fingers to give shape.
Add oil in a frying pan and bring it to boil. Add rolls one by one to deep fry.
