It is a snack recipe made up of Mochar ( banana flower). Banana flower is a very good source of iron . This recipe is perfect for kids who do not like to have usual Mochar curry

Ingredients: 
Mochar ( Banana flower) - 1
Boiled Potato - 2 pieces
Ginger - garlic paste - 2 tablespoon
Red chill powder - 1 tablespoon
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tablespoon
Garam masala powder - 1 tablespoon
Besan -4 tablespoon
Salt - 1/2 tablespoon
Refined oil - for frying
Directions: 
Chop mocha florets in small pieces and boil in water for 10 minutes. Let it cool and then squeeze the excess water.
In a small bowl take besan, add a pinch of salt , turmeric powder and water to make a thick batter.
In another large bowl take mashed potatoes, boiled mocha and add ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt and garam masala powder and mix well.
Make small rounds out of the stuffing and then flatten each by pressing in between palm to give a tikkia shape
Heat oil in a karahi . Dip each tikkia into besan batter and deep fry till the tikkias turn golden brown.
Serve hot with tomato ketchup
Footnotes: 
Instead of deep frying the tikkias you can cook them on non stick tawa with little oil.
