Mooli Ka Paratha

Mooli Paratha is traditional Gujarati dish. We get calcium and vitamins, and are ideal to carry along in your tiffin .

2 cups wheat flour
3/4 cup grated white radish
1/4 cup chopped radish leaves
3/4 cup fresh curd
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 1/2 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp oil
salt to taste
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl prepare into a soft dough, using a little water.Divide the dough into small round equal portions and preapre paratha using a little whole wheat flour for rolling.Heat the tava and cook each paratha, using oil, till they turn golden brown in colour from both the sides
