Moong Dal And Coriander Cheela (green Gram And Coriander Pancake)
Moong Dhuli Dal – 1/2 Cup (Washed and soaked in water for 4 to 5 hours)
Fresh Coriander Leaves – 3 tbsp (chopped)
Cumin Seeds – ½ tsp
Green Chillies – 2 (finely chopped)
Salt to taste
Ginger – ½ tsp (finely chopped)
Lemon Juice – 1 tsp
Ghee or butter – to shallow fry
Drain the excess water from soaked dal and put into the blender with the coriander leaves and make a coarse paste.
Transfer the mixture into a bowl and add cumin seeds, chopped green chillies, ginger, salt, lemon juice and mix well.
Add water and make a pouring consistency batter.
Heat non-sticky pan and spread some ghee over it
Now pour the batter over the pan and cook it from the both sides.
Serve hot with chutney or sauce.
