Moong Dal - 500gms
Green Chillies : 4
Corainader Leaves : 1 bunch
Green onions : 1 cup
Promogante seeds : 1 cup
1/2 teaspoon : Lal mirch powder
1/2 teaspoon : Cummin Seeds
Salt as per the taste
- Soak the 500 gms of Moong Dal for 4 hours. - After 4 hours drain and grind to find paste - Add pinch of Salt and Lal mirch powder - Add 1/2 teaspoon cummin seeds(jeera) - Add 1/2 cup of Green onions,green chillies, promogrante seedd and Corainader leaves - Mix the batter well - Now heat the oil in the pan and drop them in the oil and cook until the pakora turns to golden brown. - Serve the pakora with Pudina Chutney / Tomato Sauce / Coconut Chutney
