Ladoos cooked in different style..
Channa dal flour ½ kg (yellow split peas)
Semolina 2 tbsp
350 gm powdered Sugar
6 tbsp Ghee
Mix channa dal flour, semolina and 2 tbsp ghee. Add water to bind and make a stiff dough. Make small balls. Deep fry them on over low heat until they are golden brown. Allow them to cool for few minutes.
Grind them into mixture.
Transfer the mixture into a mixing bowl. Add 2-3 tbsp ghee and sugar. Mix well
Shape the mixture into small balls like laddu.
