Muli Bhurji ( Radish)

This is the Quick recipe, that i learnt from my mother.

Crushed Muli ( Radish)- 2 Cups
Jeera ( Cumin Seeds)- 2 T spoon
Ajwaian ( Carom Seeds)- 1/2 T Spoon
Salt- to Taste
Red Chilli Powder- 1 T spoon
Haldi ( Turmeric Powder) - 1 T Spoon
Garam Masala- 1 T Spoon
Amchoor ( Dry Mango Powder) 1 T Spoon
oil- 2 T Spoon
Cushed Dhania ( Fresh Coriander) - 2 T spoon
Heat Oil in a Pan.
Add Jeera, Ajwaian, cook till crackled
Add red chilli Powder, Haldi, Garam Masala, Amchoor and salt.
Squeeze Water from Cushed Muli and add Crushed Muli into pan. Mix Well. Cook for 10 Min.
When its Color Change. Garnish with Crushed Dhania. Dish is Ready. Serve with Chapati and Raita.
Serve it with my Dish Bahar-e-raita and Chapati. Happy Cooking
