This is the first item that i prepared in my teenage.Egg contains many nutrients for a balanced diet.Usually i prepare this for my breakfast.It consumes less time and easy to prepare.I got a secret tip from my mother in law to make it more tastier.I will share it for you

Ingredients: 
Egg 2nos
Chopped onion 1 teaspoon
Chopped green chilly 1/2 teaspoon
Salt as you need
Oil 2 teaspoon
Ginger 1/2 teaspoon
Directions: 
Put a pan on the stove
Allow it to get heated
Beat the eggs,chopped onion,ginger,greenchilly,salt,and a teaspoon oil
When the pan is heated pour oil
Move the pan around to evenly spread the oil
Pour egg mixture to the pan
Cook it in low heat until it is firm
When it is firm flip it and fry the other side
Serve hot with meals or bread

Add sliced vegetables in egg mixture so it can be made more nutritious
