Ingredients: 
ghee, maida or all purpose flour, powdered sugar, crushed coconut, sooji, one cup each..( all d ingredients should be in equal.proportions)
2teaspoon elaichi powder
Directions: 
Keep ghee in freezer for 5-10mins so that it harden
After ghee hardens take all the ingredients in a bowl start mixing untill the everything is mixed properly and sugar starts melting
After the ingredients gets mixed proprly make small round balls from dat and press them from middle
Preheat oven or microwave in a convection mode at 180degrees..then bake the cookies for 15mins untill it totally swells n starts turning golden
For choclate nankhatai add 2tbspn of cocoa powder and 3tbspn of chocolate powder to the mixture and then make balls and bake
