2 Coconuts scraped
Sugar is half the quantity of the scraped coconut
1tsp Cardamon powder
Scrape the coconuts and mix it with sugar and let it stand for an hour or so.(sugar is usually a little less than 1/2 the quantity of coconut but u can use as per taste too)
Then put it in a kadai on sim/ low flame and roast till they become sticky to roll into laddos.
Mix cardamon powder as per taste. Then before they cool down completely roll them into ladoos.
