Ingredients: 
Bread - 4 pieces
Besan/gram flour - 1/2 cup
Rice flour - 1 tablespoon
Corn flour - 1 tablespoon
Refined flour - 1 tablespoon
Salt - to taste.
Garlic paste - 1/2 tablespoon
Ginger paste - 1/2 tablespoon
Finely chopped onion - 1 tablespoon
Finely chopped Green Chilli - 1 tablespoon
Red chili powder - 1/2 Tablespoon
Carom seeds - 1 tablespoon
Hing/asafoetida - 1 pinch
Garam masala - 1 tablespoon
Water - as required
Oil - to fry
Directions: 
Take a bowl ,add gram, rice, corn and refined flour to it and add water to make thick and smooth batter.
now add Salt,garlic paste,ginger paste,finely chopped onion,finely chopped Green Chilli,red chili powder,carom seeds,hing/asafoetida,garam masala and mix it well.
Take a frying pan , add oil to it , let the oil heat up. till then cut bread pieces into half .
Dip the bread pieces into the batter and pour it into the heated oil. now wait till it become golden brown ,after it take them out. your pakoras are ready . you can repeat the process for more pakoras.
