Paalpayasam(milk Dessert)

It is a special kerala dessert made with milk and rice on festivals.Its taste cant be described in words.It must be experienced.This is one of the favourite dish of lord krishna.I prepared this for our onasadhya.I maked this dessert in wide opened uruli(a cooking pot made of brass)

Ingredients: 
Unakkalri(boiled rice) 1 cup
Sugar 1 cup
Milk 2 ltr
Condensed milk 1 can
Cashews 15 nos
Cardamom powder 1/4 teaspoon
Raisins 10 nos
Butter 1 1/2 teaspoon
Directions: 
Wash the rice
Boil milk and rice
Cook till the rice is done
Add sugar
Stir it well
Add cardamom powder
Add condensed milk
Boil it for 5 minutes
Put a pan on the stove
When it is heated add butter
Drop cashews to butter and fry it in low flame
Add raisins to fry
Pour this butter and fried items to already prepared dessert
