Pachakkari Biryani (kerala Style Vegetable Biryani)

Making a biryani at home is no more a big deal now. Just try this typical Kerala style Vegetable Biryani and you will be happy to cook this again. It is delicious, nutritious and spicy too. The flavours of masala and vegetables are well infused with the rice and hence this biryani tastes so good compared to other vegetarian rice recipes. I hope you will enjoy making this recipe as much as I enjoyed.
