Ingredients: 
4bunches palak
1cup chopped carrots
2green chillies
A pinch fenugreek seeds
1cup chopped onions
2cloves garlic
Small piece ginger
1tsp chilly powder
Pinch of turmeric
1tsp coriander
Pinch of asafoetida
2tsp oil
Directions: 
In a pan pour oil and splutter fenugreek,onions,garlic,ginger,carrots and cook for 5minutes
Then put palak and the spices and cook for 10minutes.
Add salt to taste

You can serve with chappatis or rice
