1 cup spinach (palak),4 potatoes, ginger,garlic,sugar,garam masala powder, red chilly powder, soda,dhanajeera powder,turmeric powder,paneer,salt for koftas
For gravy -3onions, 2 tomatoes, 2 Bay leaves,ginger garlic paste,red chilly powder, dhanajeera powder, garam masala, salt.
For palak kofta take I cup palak small chopped properly washed.Take 4 boiled smashed potatoes.
3 tbspn gram flour,2 tbspn wheat flour,1tbspn rice flour,put ginger garlic paste,little sugar
2 tspn garam masala, 2tspn rad chill powder, pinch of turmeric powder,salt to taste, 2 tspn dhanajeera powder mix it well den add crushed paneer. Crush the paneer lightly wid hands only,
Make small balls of it n den deep fry it. Palak koftas r ready.
For gravy- In a pan add oil little cumin seeds(jeera),Bay leaves, add onion, add ginger garlic paste 1tbspn, saute it till golden brown, add tomatoes.
Garam masala powder , red chilly powder,dhanajeera powder,salt to taste. Gravy is ready. let it b cool den grind it In mixture. Put in a pan boil it little gravy is ready to eat.
In a serving plate add koftas den add gravy garnish it with cream, crushed paneer, cheese, n coriander leaves. Palak kofta is ready to eat.serve it with Lacha paratha.
