Palak Paneer (cottage Cheese Cooked In Spinach Gravy)
One of the most popular and delicious Paneer recepi made easily in restaurant dhaba style.
2 bunch of Spinach
250 gms of Paneer ( Cottage cheese)
2 medium size Onions
2,3 Green Chillies
4,5 clove of Garlic
1 spoon full of Oil or Ghee,
1/2 spoon Garam masala
1 cup Cream
Salt to taste
Firstly finely chop the onion and make a puree of tomato. Make paste of spinach, green chillies and garlic cloves together（to give more taste and health add small bunch of coriander leaves too.
Heat oil or ghee in a pan and fry the paneer till it turns light golden. Then remove and keep aside.
Saute the chopped onions in remaining oil, when transparent add tomato puree to it. When cooked properly add spinach puree and salt as per taste.
Let it cook for a while then add paneer cubes to it. Cook till ghee simmer on top,（make sure that palak gravy is not dry, Add water as per requirement）now add garam masala and switch off gas. Now add half of cream to palak paneer gravy. Mix well and cover the pot
After serving Palak paneer on plate decorate it with the rest of cream Enjoy it with Hot and Crisp parathas or Jeera rice
