Gram flour2 cups
Oil 1/4cup
Salt to tast
Ajawin powder 1 tea spoon
Green chilli 4 nos
Oil for frying

IN ANOTHER BOWL TAKE 2 CUPS OF GRAM FLOUR, SALT TO TASTE, 1 TEA SPOON AJWAIN POWDER AND 1/4 CUP OF OIL
NOW ADD SPINACH PUREE TO THE DRY INGREDIENTS AND KNEAD INTO A MEDIUM SOFT DOUGH. ADD PUREE LITTLE by LITTLE SO THAT THE DOUGH DOES NOT BECOME TOO SOFT. DIVER THE DOUGH INTO MEDIUM SIZED PORTIONS
TAKE A SHEV MAKER GREASE IT WITH OIL INSIDE AND TAKE ONE PORTION SHEV DOUGH IN IT
HEAT OIL.NOW USING THE SHEV MAKERS START PRESSING OUT SHEV IN THE HOT OIL. FRY ON MEDIUM FLAME
LET THE SHEV COOK FOR A 1 MIN IN THE OIL, AND REMOVE ON PAPER
