Paneer Bhujia (cottagecheese Bhujia)

Paneer bhujia has evolved as a vegetarian option for Egg bhujia. Infact, the two look very similar after cooking and both are good for health.

Paneer (cottage cheese) 100 grams (3.5 ounce)
Onion - 1 oinion (finely chopped)
Green chillies 1 pieces (finely chopped)
Black pepper powder ¼ tablespoon
Salt ½ tablespoon
Green peas 2 tablespoon
Green coriander 1 tablespoon (finely chopped)
Mustard / refined oil 2 tablespoon
Mash the paneer and keep it aside.
In a pan heat oil and add onion, green peas and green chillies and cook with the lid on for 2 mintues.
Open the lid and add the paneer, salt, black pepper and coriander leaves.
Again cover the lid . Cook on a low flame for 6-7 mintues. Paneer bhujia is ready. Always serve hot.
