Paneer Kasoori Methi (cottage Cheese Flavored With Dry Fenugreek Leaves)

This is one of my special and easy to cook Paneer Recipe. It has a flavour of sookhi Methi or Kasoori Methi. A healthy recipe for kids .

Cottage Cheese/Tofu 500 mgs
Kasoori Methi 2 tablespoon
Onion 2 chopped finely
Tomato 2 Pureed
Oil/Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
Red Chilli Powder - ta taste
Garam Masala 1 tablespoon
Salt to taste
Cumin Seeds - 1/2 teaspoon
Heat oil and saute Onions and cumin seeds.
Add grated Tomato or tomato puree.
Add red chilli powder, salt and garam masala.
Cut Paneer/Tofu in cubes.
Add Paneer and kasoori methi and cook for 5-6 mintues on low flame. Serve hot with Naan or paratha.
When you add paneer in Onion, mix gently or else the paneer may break. Keep the flame low and as soon as you can smell the aroma of cooked meethi, switch off the gas .Serve hot
