Paneer Ke Parathe (indian Flat Bread Stuffed With Cottage Cheese)

Paneer or cottage cheese is one of my favourite ingredients to cook with. Paneer paratha is one of the most loved parathas by Indians all over. Here is my quick paneer paratha recipe

Ingredients: 
Ingredients for Dough
3 cups Wheat flour
2 tbsp Oil
1Tsp Salt
Ingredients for Filling
200 gms Paneer grated
1 inch Ginger grated
1 tsp Coriander Powder
1/4th tsp Red Chili Powder
1/4th tsp amchur powder
1 Green chilie finely chopped
Pinch of Garam masala
2 tbsp green coriander finely chopped
Water for kneading
Salt to Taste
Oil or butter for Cooking
Wheat flour or atta for dusting
Directions: 
For the Dough
Take wheat flour, add 1 tsp salt, 2 tbsp oil
Add water little by little and knead in to a soft dough. Similar to that of chapati dough
Knead a little longer for better elasticity of the dough to avoid the dought to tear while rolling
Cover the dough and keep aside for 15 mins
For the Filling
In a bowl mix all ingredients mentioned under "For Filling"
Knead them together with hands and form round dumplings/ balls
If your filling is not binding together, you may add some greated potato and adjust salt accordingly
Now make equal round balls of the dough
The size of the dough ball should only be very slightly larger than the panner masala balls
Roll the dough slighly and stuff the panner into the dough.
bring all edges together to seal the paneer inside the dough well
Dust the table or your chakka with some wheat flour and roll into a nice thin round paratha
heat a griddle, tawa or pan. Drizzle 1tsp oil or butter onto the pan and place your panner paratha onto it
Apply oil or butter on the top side of the paratha
cook evenly on both sides till golden brown
remove and serve hot with chutney, dahi or ketchup

You may add minced garlic to the paneer mix
