Paneer Lababdaar

A delicious luscious gravy prepared with authentic Indian spices and paneer- of course! The vegetarian dish will be the most desirable recipe to treat your guests or a family get together. I tried my hands to it this weekend and it was truly a mouth watering deal.Nothing more tasty than fresh paneer. Try this the coming weekend and I bet you will simply lick fingers to the last stain.

Ingredients: 
1.Paneer chunked (800 gms.),
2. Onions chopped ( 3 nos. medium sized) ,
3. Tomatoes chopped ( 2 medium sized),
4. Ginger garlic paste ( 1 teaspoon),
5. P ( 1 1/2 teaspoons) soaked,
6. Cashew nuts ( 2-3 nos.) soaked,
7. Curd battered ( 3 tablespoons),
8. Turmeric powder (1/2 teaspoon),
9. Salt ( 1 teaspoon),
10. Garam masala powder( 1 teaspoon),
11. Kashmiri mirch powder ( 1 teaspoon).
12. Oil for frying.
13. Capsicum ( 2 nos.medium sized ) chopped into quadrangular pieces.
Directions: 
1. Prepare the mixture of poppy seeds and cashew nut by blending in a blender. Add the mixture of poppy seeds and cashew nut to it and stir for some time.
2. Heat oil in a container and add the onion n tomato to it. Add the capsicum and cook well till it becomes soft.
3. Add the garam masala and kashmiri mirch powder to it.
4.Add the mixture of poppy seeds and cashew nut to it and stir for some time.
Serve it along with parantha/naan/roti.
Footnotes: 
Cautiously cook under medium flame and do not raise the flame too high, as the ingredients being delicate might spoil the dish. You may use ghee/oil for cooking.
